Neglected

I know that nobody likes to feel neglected, but with inanimate things like blogs, I won't let myself feel sooo bad. Sorry to all of you who read my blog and look for updates but never get to see any... I apologize. Life happens and getting to a computer with internet and being able to be on it long enough to post has proven to be almost impossible.

Life- Robby works hard at his job and his church calling and being a husband and father. He is WONDERUL!
Carlie stays home and tries to be productive while battling Timothy and pregnancy! But I love it nd wouldn't trade it.
Timothy continues to grow and learn and be a cute little boy! I found out yesterday that he has grown 3 inches since June... crazy! And he actually says some words now, and still alot of jibber jabber! Super Cute!
Baby #2 is a mover! It is always rolling and kicking and letting me know it's in there. We don't know the gender... and plan to find out when it comes out!!!! YEAH exciting! Only 6 weeks left!

Hope that tides you over until I can get back again!

The size that fits

The other day my dad asked us what size clothes Timothy wears (my guess is so that they can get him an outfit for his birthday). Robby cleverly answered, "The size that fits!" I thought it was kind of silly when he said it, but yesterday I realized how true the statement was!
Timothy's apparel yesterday...

Pants: 3-6 months
onsie: 9 months
shirt: 12 months
socks: 18-36 months
zipperhoodie: 24 months

Ha Ha!! So, what size does Timothy wear? The SIZE THAT FITS!

Trama for Mama

So I had my first REAL Trama as a mother the other day... Timothy is learning to walk and getting really good. But he does fall a lot...usually he is an expert at falling and missing things. Not this time. he was in my room and conked his head on my dresser, right on the handle. He cried, so I went to get him and what did I find??? a hole in the middle of his forehead! I almost freaked out. (Hence the fact that there are no pictures of the wound... my mind was not on grabbing the camera) I was stuck in a debate with myself about where to take him... Emergency?? not that serious... Doctor's office?? they were at lunch (how convenient)... instacare? the closest I knew of was in Springville... SoI called Robby at school and he calmly told me to take him in to the urgent care that BYU health Center... Oh yeah, duh, we have BYU insurance!!!
By this point, (well about 1 minute after the bonk) Timothy was calm and happy and ready to play! (i stopped the bleeding with a cold wet cloth and put a band-aid on it.)
We went to the clinic and sure enough he needed stitches... ahhh! (he is not even 1 yet and he has already gotten stitches...I think that I have a long road of hospital visits ahead!!!)You can probably click to see it bigger. So we went into the room, were told he would need about 3-4 stitches and then we got ready... He was strapped into the "papoose" to keep him from wiggling (thought he would hate it and fight it...) Nope, he calmly laid there and stared at the light above the bed. Then with the nurse holding his head and me staying within view, the doctor cleaned the gash, gave him the local shots and still NO CRYING and fussing or anything! He amazed everyone. As the first stitch went in he started to cry a bit (apparently the numbing hadn't kicked in yet) but I just gave him is plug and he was fine. he just contentedly waited and watched the light. AMAZING! he got 2 stitched and a cool band-aid!
As we were leaving, the front desk ladies said, "oh, he didn't get stiches?" I said that he did and they said, "Wow, we didn't here him scream..." My child is amazing and so cute! We get them out Monday!

Other Timmy FUNNY'S
This is what i found when I came to respond to his distressed crying
I was busy in my room and timothy started crying out (like he does when we are in the bathroom and he wants in) so I called to him to come to me, but he just kept crying. So I went to investigate and found him stuck in the dryer, wanting to get out. (meanly, I took a picture first) How sad!
Fun with daddy

My little climber... any chance he gets, he is climbing up, up, up

walking (sorry its sideways)

Caught Red Hnaded: I was cooling a loaf of bread the table, he was eating a snack at the table. I turn around to 1 minute and he has pulled the towel his way to get the bread... I caught him picking apart the crust! Yum!

my yummy peanut butter valentines (see previous post for expanation)
